Here at the Iron Rabbit Restaurant and Bar, we are grateful for all the generous support we have received from our guests for
the last several years. We are also proud to return the favor and have dedicated ourselves to giving back to our community.
For example, Iron Rabbit seeks out suppliers of the highest quality with an emphasis on local, organic, and ethically humane

effort to pursue ethical and sustainable products and practices whenever possible. Many of these details are barely noticeable,
because let’s face it – making certain choices comes easily and naturally!
Did you know…
We use compostable plant-based To Go containers and utensils instead of petroleum-based products and our straws are compostable?
We donate used vegetable oil for local biodiesel production?
We compost our food waste and used paper?
We recycle paper, glass, metal, plastic, and even the ink toner cartridges we use to print our menus on?
We pursue water conservation through the use of low-flow toilets in our restrooms and the Energy Star-rated dishwashing machines in
our kitchen?
We now offer our employment applications, guest discounts, and newsletters on our website and via email in an effort to save paper
and trees?
The Iron Rabbit also believes it is important to show support to the immediate community and loves to champion a good cause,

Over the years, the Iron Rabbit has refined its mission towards excellence to include a commitment that extends far beyond
our dining room to the greater community of which we are all a part. We know that there is so much more to a great meal than simply
the way it tastes, and many of our guests want to know how their dining choices impact their bodies and the planet at large. We also
appreciate that we have a responsibility to our immediate neighbors and we are more than happy to lend support whenever we can. We
